She is known as ‘The undisputed queen of African music’, and on the eve of her return to Australia for Bluesfest 2015, Grammy® award winning singer/songwriter  has added two Afrimawards (All Africa Music Awards) to her 20-year-long career achievements.

Winning “Best Contemporary African Artiste” and “Best Female Artiste in West Africa” saw a triumphant 2014 out for Kidjo, who released her eleventh album, ‘Eve’ and an autobiography ‘Spirit Rising: My Life, My Music’, both to world-wide critical and commercial acclaim.
