As a direct result Hadouken!’s new single has rocketed into the top five of the US i-Tunes chart and top 20 of the Billboard charts after selling 25,000 copies of the track online in the first 6 days. The band do not currently have an American record label and have only visited the country twice, five years ago. The track has also reached the top 40 of over thirteen European i-Tunes dance charts this week, and top 10’s in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In the first of three remix instalments “Levitate,” gets the treatment from Swindle, who gives the track a unique, progressive twist. This slow-rocking track brings a staggered baselines that combines with electronic effects and funky key progressions that create a completely original sound. This rework showcases Swindle’s production skills, and hints that we may see a breakthrough from the artist very soon. Check out the Swindle remix of “Levitate” below and artwork attached.
